| Bio: | Nominally middle-aged subculture geek and forklift operator, wondering why the hell I'm supposed to take myself, or any of this stuff seriously. Backstory on OMFG: alt.slack; "C. Woolard" and/or "Chaos Israel". Yes, I'm that guy. Single. Not looking. Wouldn't mind. Some fiction here. Some of it is even tagged as such. I'd rather have one shit-scary perfect moment than an eternity of comfortable boredom. Friending: --I friend people whose journals I find interesting. My definition of "interesting" ranges all over the map, but usually includes some combination of literate, perceptive, funny, intelligent, philosophical, down-to-earth, and/or unconventional. --There are a few people on my flist whom I know from various Usenet newsgroups, but other than that, it's very unlikely that I know you personally, either online or IRL. --I won't be the slightest bit bothered if you don't friend me back. In fact, considering the utter banality of some of the things I post here, I'm surprised and flattered that I'm on as many flists as I am. --Of course, if being on my flist bothers you, for any reason, or no reason at all, let me know via comment or email, and I'll remove you, no questions asked.
